The Western Port Basketball Association (WPBA) General Manager oversees the daily operations and financial running of the association. It is the general manager’s responsibility to ensure strategic goals are met by setting operational policies, creating and maintaining budgets, managing employees, and overseeing the operations of all WPBA basketball programs. As the General Manager you will foster cross-functional relationships that span further than the walls of WPBA,and utilise these to grow those that interact with us, and in turn… grow basketball as a whole. Your ability to identify your team’s strengths and delegate tasks and roles to those who are reporting to you (directly and indirectly) will be key to your success in the role. The General Manager is the face of WPBA.
Referee Development Manager

This leadership role focuses on training, education, safety, wellbeing, and building clear officiating pathways. General Manager
Warragul District Amateur Basketball Association
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for all aspects of the Warragul Basketball Association. The GM will work with the Board to ensure the Association is operationally and financially viable. This will be achieved by working with key stakeholders to develop and implement a business growth strategy, implementing programs and
initiatives while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Association.
The GM must successfully balance the Association's growth with sound financial management. They are responsible for fostering strong, dynamic relationships with participants, volunteers, media outlets, commercial partners, Basketball Victoria and Basketball Australia.

Women NBL1 Head Coach

The Head Coach will lead and elevate the Senior women’s program competition in the NBL1, Australia's premier winter basketball competition. The successful incumbent will work closely with our Head of Basketball Performance/Experience positions, and Big V Youth League Head Coach. They will also be required to work with the Director of Coaches and Athlete Development to introduce a style of play for the female program from Juniors to Seniors. In partnership with key stakeholders, the role is to deliver the strategic objectives of the Senior Women’s program, with a strong connection to our local Bendigo community. The position plays a vital role in making Bendigo basketball known and respected in the Australian basketball community.

Competitions Administrator
Diamond Valley Basketball Association
Reporting to the Operations Manager. Contract- 24 Hours per week- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office. The Competitions Administrator will work with the Competitions team in the organisation of both the DVBA Junior and Senior Domestic competitions (NJBL and NSBL). The Competitions Administrator helps with tasks such as fixturing, grading, and risk management of the NJBL and NSBL.
