National Junior Classic

The National Junior Classic is the most prestigious junior basketball tournament in the country. With male and female teams coming to Melbourne from across Australia to compete over the Queen's Birthday long weekend each year, spectators are treated to some of the best players from under-12s through to under-18s.

Southern Cross Challenge

The Southern Cross Challenge (SCC) is a tournament open to Under 14 and Under 15, male and female teams from around Australia.

Junior Country Championships

The Country Championships are conducted yearly for the Under-12, Under-14, Under-16 and Under-18 age groups. Regional Basketball Victoria affiliated associations and country Victorian athletes are accepted as events are held over multiple days in a round robin and knockout setting..

State Program

State program tournaments include the Australian Junior Championships, East Coast Challenge, South Coast Challenge and Metro and Regional Jamboree’s which are run at various times throughout the calendar year.
