Basketball Victoria is excited to announce Team nominations for the 2023 Country Basketball League (CBL) season are now open!
The CBL competition will tip off again this October with all conferences hitting the court to battle it out. Teams from four conferences, North-West, North-East, South-West and Gippsland, will enter with the ultimate goal of being named a CBL Conference Champion.
The season will begin early October with conference finals for the Gippsland North-East & North-West conferences to occur in December, while the South-West Conference play out the season with a champion being crowned in February 2024.
Team nominations close Sunday 30th July 2023.

All Basketball Victoria affiliated country associations are eligible to nominate to compete in the Country Basketball League.
Nominations may also be accepted from interstate country associations at the discretion of the league.
If your association is interested in joining the league for the first time or wishes to return after a hiatus, our League Manager and Association Development Officers can assist in getting your teams and venues ready to compete.
