Basketball Victoria’s CBL competition is back and ready to commence for the upcoming 2023 season!
The official season fixture is live now ahead of the Round 1 which tips-off on 7th October.
The 2023 season will feature over 400 games of CBL action with our champions for the Gippsland, North East and North West conferences being crowned on Saturday 9th December, while crowning our South West conference champions will have to wait until 10th February 2024.
The league is continuing to grow with Hamilton the latest association to join the CBL competition in season 2023.
CBL Manager Matt Royal agrees we will have some hotly contested rounds this upcoming season.
“This season we have tried to fixture as many rivalry games in one round as possible in each conference which will mean that round will have some fiery and hotly contested games starting with Round 1 in the North West conference featuring 12 games, Round 2 in the North East & Gippsland conferences with an enormous 18 games of basketball featuring in this round for our Gippsland conference alone”.
