Collingwood Basketball Association
General Manager
Collingwood Basketball Association is hiring for a newly created General Manager position.
Reporting to the committee, the General Manager is responsible for implementing the association’s vision and strategy and will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all areas of the organisation. Working at the domestic, representative and semi-professional level of the sport, the role is focussed on:
--Leadership of all day-to-day operations
--Managing relationships with key stakeholders across sponsorship, program delivery and other related services.
--Strong financial leadership (including both profit & loss and balance sheet) within a closely monitored annual budget
--Communication with parents, players, coaches and other stakeholders via social media, web site and email

Collingwood Basketball Association Incorporated, known more familiarly as the Collingwood All Stars, comprises basketball programs across Big V youth and seniors, VJBL (representative), junior domestic (within the EDJBA), senior domestic and our award-winning Aussie Hoops program. Collingwood has approximately 1,700 participants across these programs.
Reporting to the General Manager, and supported by our basketball sub-committee, the Director of Coaching will lead the basketball program across our Big V, representative and domestic segments.
The Director of Coaching will lead the development of the Collingwood All Stars basketball strategy playbook, including training plans and in-game management. This will include hands on coaching of the broader coaching group to ensure consistency across programs.

Director of High Performance - In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to optimize the elite developmental pathway for both athletes and coaches. Your responsibilities encompass designing and managing comprehensive programs dedicated to nurturing the growth of players and coaches. Through close collaboration with players, coaches, and support staff, your focus will centre on enhancing the physical, mental, and technical dimensions of performance within the Knox Senior Raiders (Youth League and NBL1) programs.

Bulleen Basketball Association
Director of Coaching
The Director of Coaching will work closely with the General Manager and BTBC board to develop, implement, and coordinate the club’s Championship program and activities, with a view to enhancing team grading standards, age group continuity, and a style of play across the club.
The Director of Coaching is responsible for leading the on and off-court development of the clubs junior representative program (VJBL), working with the club’s identified coaches and players to strengthen ties with the BIG V pathway and deliver advanced player and coach education.

Gippsland United Basketball Association
2025 Women's YL Head Coach
Gippsland United are taking Expressions of Interest for a Head Coach to develop and lead a new and exciting Women’s Youth League Team for the 2025 Big V Season.
State-level coaching experience (within Basketball Vic or other State bodies) is highly desirable and any applicant with this level of experience is encouraged to detail this experience in their application.
Coaches holding an Association Coach Accreditation are also strongly encouraged to apply.
