How will my association (and clubs) be supported through this process?
Basketball Victoria has increased its resourcing to assist, guide and work with associations and their affiliated club administrators to implement the new registration project. We have a number of resources across digital support, finance and governance which will form part of the training and support for you throughout 2019-2020 and beyond.
There will be face to face, phone and online training from the BV Digital Support team through an initial on-boarding phase – a combination of group and individual training sessions for the transition to PlayHQ, plus ongoing support for technical and user queries.
For those associations still using SportsTG in the short-term, we will still support you with ‘business as usual’ and work closely with you to ensure your migration and training is successful.
