PlayHQ System Maintenance and Platform Downtime – Sunday August 9

We’d like you to be aware that this Sunday morning (09/08/20) at 4am AEST, the PlayHQ platform will be inaccessible due to an upgrade and system enhancements for several hours.

PlayHQ will be using this time to begin the transition to a multi-sport platform, make feature enhancements and to ensure ongoing uptime and stability. PlayHQ will be performing this platform upgrade in an off-peak time on Sunday morning to ensure a smooth transition and minimise the impact to any administrators or participants.

During this maintenance window, the PlayHQ platform (participant portal, administrator portal and electronic scoring applications) will be inaccessible and email delivery will be paused. All operations around the platform, including triggering of events, delivery of scheduled emails, and processing of uploads will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
