Clearance Forms
Please ensure you submit the correct clearance form when seeking permissing to move from one association to another. The document below "Which form to use when..." will provide you with a good guide to ensure the process is completed smoothly. If you have any concerns, please contact your relevent league.

Encourage the Kids, Support the Game Campaign
This is a community education campaign, funded by the Victorian Government and VicHealth, which aims to discourage poor spectator behaviour in junior sport. All basketball resources can be accessed via the Sport & Recreation Victoria website for use in association publications, newsletters and websites.
